We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. If you're not happy with your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase. To qualify, you must not have extensively used the premium features or violated our terms of service. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please note that certain services are non-refundable, including consumed credits, virtual gifts, and promotional subscriptions. Auto-renewal subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not provided for unused portions of the current billing period.

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and reason for the request. We review each case individually and aim to process approved refunds within 7-10 business days.
